ARTWORK INFORMATION

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

DIRECT IMPRINT

Artwork for direct imprint must be provided as vector art. We can only accept artwork created in Adobe Illustrator CS for PC saved as EPS, AI, or PDF. We also accept artwork created in Corel Draw X3 for PC. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. When printing reverse artwork on certain items, using maximum imprint may not always be possible.

LABELS

We can accept artwork created in Adobe Illustrator CS for PC saved as eps, ai, or pdf. We also accept artwork created in Corel Draw X3 for PC. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Raster artwork must be created in Adobe Photoshop CS. Artwork must be saved at 300 dpi at actual size. We also accept tiff and jpg files saved at 300 dpi.

DIGITAL TRANSFERS

All files and formats above apply as long as art files are sent in full color. We also accept photos in color or black and white prints. Quality of photos must be approved by art department beforehand.

IF ARTWORK HAS GRADIENT OR HALFTONES, ARTWORK MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ART DEPARTMENT FIRST.

COLOR MATCH

Mid-Nite Snax® will match colors as close as possible. Due to the different surfaces and methods of imprinting used, exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

STORAGE

We will keep your artwork on file for 1 year.

CHARGES

REPEAT SET UP: $25.00 (V)
PAPER PROOF: $12.50 (V) All non-repeat orders will receive a color email proof unless otherwise instructed on purchase order.�
ART RECREATION: The cost to clean up or change artwork, or recreate logos is $62.50 (V) per hour. Due to high volume, this charge will be $93.75 (V) from October through January.

HOW TO SEND ARTWORK

EMAIL

All artwork must be emailed to art@midnite-snax.com.� Artwork can be Zip and Sit files.� Please be sure to identify your artwork along with your purchase order number.

BY MAIL

Please send artwork on CDs or DVDs.
